Your Stay, Covered! We're pleased to cover your room rate, resort fee, and applicable taxes for the nights of January 4th and 5th, with checkout on January 6th. Registering for the event and booking your room happen in one step: completing the registration form on our Register page automatically books your hotel reservation. You must complete the registration form for a room to be booked — Partners who have not registered will not have a hotel reservation or event credentials.

Planning to arrive early or stay longer? Note your preferred check-in and check-out dates on the registration form. Extended nights will be honored at the group rate based on availability and may be subject to prevailing rates at the time of booking. All pre- and post-conference nights are at the attendee's own expense and must be reconciled at check-out. The deadline to book your reservation is September 30, 2026. Confirmation emails will be sent directly from the hotel to the email address provided on your registration form, beginning in late October. Please don't contact the hotel directly to modify your reservation until you've received your confirmation email. If you need to make changes before then, contact PartnerSummit@ascendtogether.com.

Getting There We've got your room covered — participants will book their own travel. This includes flights and any ground transportation to and from Naples.

What's Included in Your Resort Fee A mandatory Resort Fee of $55 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes, is included in your covered stay. You will be responsible for this fee over your extension nights.

• Two beach chairs and one umbrella daily at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, for two guests

Reservation Policies Your room for the nights of January 4th and 5th is guaranteed on the conference's master bill. Because of this, cancellation and no-show penalties are billed to your organization, while charges incurred once you've checked in — including incidentals and early departure — are your responsibility as the reservation holder. Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to three (3) days prior to arrival — you'll need a cancellation number from the hotel to confirm it. Cancellations made after that window will incur a charge of one night's room and tax, charged back to the Partner organization after the event.

No-Shows: If you need to cancel, notify the hotel at least three (3) days before arrival and obtain a cancellation number. If Ascend incurs a cancellation penalty due to confirmed reservations with no notice of cancellation, one night's room and tax will be charged back to the Partner organization after the event.

Early Departure: Checking out earlier than your scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel — either at check-in or in advance — will result in an Early Departure Fee, which is the responsibility of the reservation holder, since this occurs after check-in and a card is already on file.

Incidentals: At check-in, guests will be asked to provide a credit card to cover incidentals and any pre/post-extension nights.
