How do I book my hotel?
By filling out our registration form on this event website, your room will be booked for you automatically. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR A ROOM TO BE BOOKED. Any Partner who has not registered will not have a hotel reservation or credential for the event.
How do I book my travel?
Please book your travel according to your firm's expense policy. Ascend is not responsible for booking flights or ground transportation to this event.
What should I pack?
All events are “smart casual”, jeans are ok! We will be in southern Florida, so we hope to have great weather. Please keep in mind we will have social events outside and pack for the forecast.
Can I extend my stay?
Ascend will cover the cost of your hotel stay for 1/4/2026 and 1/5/2026. If you would like to extend to check in before 1/4 or check out after 1/6, you are welcome to do so at your own expense. The resorts will honor our group rate based on availability.
Where am I staying?
We have rooms at both Ritz Carlton resorts in Naples, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, and Ritz Carlton Tiburón. We will have events at both resorts, and transportation between them to make sure it is a fun and seamless experience for all!
We will also have shuttles between the two hotels during the day for those that might need a breather or to visit their room during lunch, breaks, etc. Both resorts are beautiful 5 star properties and will provide a luxury experience.
Our team will notify you of your reservation location once you register for the event.
Can I bring a guest?
Our program and social events are for invited Partners only. Spouses or guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel and beautiful area of Naples separately if they choose!
